- Remove extra callout_stop() in ixgbe_detach(). Found by knakahara@.
- Rename ix{gbe,v}_free_workqueue() to ix{gbe,v}_free_deferred_handlers().
- Add KASSERT() to functions who are called from ixgbe_handle_admin().
