Pull up following revision(s) (requested by nia in ticket #1097):

        external/mit/xorg/bin/xterm/Makefile: revision 1.18

xterm: Enable SIXEL graphics support.

could also enable REGIS, it will require -lm and i suppose isn't
a default upstream yet(?)

test with "-ti vt340".
