Add support of multiple rd(4) disks on all punits for HPDisk.

Special thanks to Anders Gustafsson, the author of "HPDisk"
(GPIB disk emulator) http://www.dalton.ax/hpdisk/
for providing bare boards and improving firmwares for NetBSD/hp300.
