Log Message:
Add missing NULL check for __pmap_pv_alloc() (== pool_get() with
PR_NOWAIT) in __pmap_pv_enter().

Then, handle this failure in pmap_enter(); return ENOMEM if
PMAP_CANFAIL, and panic otherwise.
