Pull up following revision(s) (requested by mrg in ticket #1394):

        sys/dev/raidframe/rf_diskqueue.c: revision 1.63 (patch)

call buf_destroy() after buf_init().  hopefully fixes the lockdebug
problem shown here:

but seems unlikely to fix the original problem.
