Pull up following revision(s) (requested by riastradh in ticket #1397):

        sys/dev/pckbport/synaptics.c: revision 1.71

synaptics(4): New sysctl knob for debug output.

Set hw.synaptics.debug=1 to re-enable it; the compile-time DIAGNOSTIC
option was inappropriate for this.
