README.gcc12: Updated m68000 and m68k

- Kernel works just fine for sun2. Once-observed error was due to
  misc/57562.
- Kernel and bootloader work just fine for amiga.
- Userland needs COPTS.strsuftoll.c+=-fno-stack-protector.
- For amiga, no regression for tests/lib/libc/{sys,gen}.
