Pull up following revision(s) (requested by lukem in ticket #1903):

        libexec/ftpd/ftpd.c: revision 1.207
        libexec/ftpd/version.h: revision 1.78

ftpd: improve seteuid error handling

Handle seteuid() failures. Per suggestion by Simon Josefsson.

Consistent logging and fatal exit if uid/gid switching fails.

Log correct errno if dataconn() fails.
