Pull up following revision(s) (requested by abs in ticket #416):

        sys/dev/usb/if_urndis.c: revision 1.49

Apply the new diff from
kern/55273 urndis(4) error "could not find data bulk in/out" without
CDC union descriptor

Fallback to the interface association descriptor if  no CDC Union
Descriptor is found.
