Pull up following revision(s) (requested by tsutsui in ticket #569):

        sys/arch/vax/vsa/smg.c: revision 1.66

Fix mmap(2) address for smg(4) as other framebuffers.

Now X.org server can render onto framebuffer (but inverted bitorder).
