Pull up following revision(s) (requested by skrll in ticket #599):

        sys/arch/arm/broadcom/bcm53xx_eth.c: revision 1.44

Test sc->sc_soft_ih (not sc->sc_ih) to see if the soft interrupt got
established correctly.
