Pull up following revision(s) (requested by rin in ticket #715):

        sys/dev/fdt/fdt_powerdomain.c: revision 1.2

fdt_powerdomain: Fix bug by which pd index >= 1 couldn't be enabled
Length in bytes was mistakenly used as number of uint32_t variables.
