Although its name indicates that is compatible with the 3c905 it is not. 
So it will need a new driver.

If you are looking for a 100MBit ethernet card for NetBSD get a DEC 2114x
based one e.g. a D-Link DFE 500TX or a CNet CN100TX. These are usually
cheaper and definitely faster than at least the 3c905.
