Hello people,

not being a NetBSD user I have put your wtf(6) into my base system
(as wtf(1)) as well as the acronyme database. I have come around
several issues (like words with slashes in them) and tried to fix
them; also I extended wtf to ask a dict client if installed (in
my case, in /usr/bin).

I'm German, thus I've put in several German acronymes, and allowed
"wtf ist foo" as well as "wtf is foo", just in case you wonder.

If you are interested, please pick out what you like and commit;
I've just put the files below.
