For the section 4 driver documentation, it would be good to add the 
name of the driver thread (e.g. atapibus0, usbtask) if it differs 
from the driver name, to the .Nm nroff directive so that the permuted 
index will be able to find those daemon names (e.g. "man -k", 
"apropos").
