The biggest problem I had with them, back when I fetched a copy, was
that they didn't export the start/end pointers for subpatterns.  Since
they already exist in the structure, this means little more than a
documentation change....and a concomitant commitment to support them in
perpetuity, which Henry may not be willing to make. :-)
