bind and named (these are two separate pieces in src/usr.sbin) both
install nslookup in /usr/sbin.

bind from isc installs nslookup in /usr/bin.

it's bothered me for a while...who should change to meet the other?
opinions?  comments?

(not that i'm in a position to change either party, but i'd like to
find out what other people think).
