so, a few months ago (maybe a year?) ago lennart changed audioctl to operate
on /dev/audio{,ctl}0 rather than /dev/audio{,ctl} incase one had more than
one audio device. from my survey of MAKEDEV files, it seems that the amiga
is the only one to create audio[0123]. everything else that creates an
audio device uses /dev/audio.
do we want to complete this change? if folks think it is a good thing, i
will do this in the next couple of days.
