No, these "function interfaces" are not used to load libc.so.
"libc.so" is loaded by "ld.so" directly.
Of course, dl* function interfaces use the internal rootines of
ld.so via the handle defined in crt0.o, but it is not required
to define these function interfaces in crt0.o .
