No, but the supplied ones that do are incomprehensible as a result.
Unless and until you go through this NetBSD-specific step of grokking
rc.subr.
Once again, I see the attitude of "it works, trust us, you don't have
to understand it". I get enough of that from commercial vendors (in my
Real Job I do encounter commercial vendor OSes), and they're wrong
every time.
