As far as I am concerned, the modifications that were posted to
this list (or was it tech-toolchain) to move it into libc can
be checked in. I don't think there were any objections, just a
short discussion whether it should be in a seperate libdl, but
the basic conclusion was that it might as well be in libc, and
there is also prior art for that.

To be short: I think those modifications should be checked in.
