BTW, is the getifaddrs.c still maintained for !NET_RT_IFLIST?  It
looks like there is some code which should be executed only when
NET_RI_IFLIST is defined but actually executed unconditoinally.  But i
wonder it is worth to fix or just removing the !NET_RI_IFLIST case ...
