The same way you implement '-s -10k'or '-s +10k'.

You can find the size of another file with "ls -l", but it would be
better if there were a stat(1) front-end to get all the inode fields in
a more predictable and parsable format!  ;-)

(BTW, there is precedent:  zsh has a "stat" built-in, as does of course
perl5 and python and tcl too I think).
