     Is this a serious question?  Of course, people use UUCP today.  I
have two clients that use it, because they only need e-mail.  For that
purpose, UUCP is one of the cheapest and most secure methods.  Also, I
imagine that it would be used a lot in locations where people have to
pay by the minute for local calls, or where technology isn't on par
with what you normally find in the western world.
