I was able to pass all tests that weren't skipped on the following
platforms using perl@16225:

	NetBSD-1.5ZC/i386
	NetBSD-1.5.2_ALPHA/i386
	NetBSD-1.5.1/mac68k

I think the Encode.pm code may have changed between 16225 and 16243,
so I will try to rebuild the latest perl snapshot on the mac68k.  The
last time I did this, it took literally all day to do the build and
the test since it took so long to compile the Encode module.
