speaking of modload...i think it's in the wrong place.
% where modload modstat modunload
/sbin/modload
/usr/bin/modstat
/sbin/modunload
% cd /usr/src/distrib/sets/lists/
% grep -r modstat *
base/mi:./usr/bin/modstat base-util-bin
man/mi:./usr/share/man/cat8/modstat.0 man-sysutil-catman
man/mi:./usr/share/man/man8/modstat.8 man-sysutil-man
looks to me like it oughta be in /usr/sbin.
