Sorry for the etc/etc.ARCH/ thing, should have used etc/etc.$MACHINE/.

No new directories would be added. One file would be added to
basesrc/etc, and most of disktab files (basesrc/etc/etc.$MACHINE/disktab)
would be removed. That's all.
