Can I ask a silly question?
I'm cross-building for sparc on i386.
Which set of CFLAGS does it use once the cross-compilation exercise
actually starts?
I'm guessing that the host-* tools are built in terms of the machine
performing the cross-compilation, and hence use HOST_CFLAGS.
Once the cross-tools are built, which .*CFLAGS= does the rest of
the process use?
