hi

At saturday 8 of this month, winter time started. The
clock went backwards one hour, also my netbsd system.

newsyslog (8) is set to work every hour at cron. In
the config file (/etc/newsyslog.conf) I have the
following lines:

/var/log/aculog uucp:dialer 640 7 *
24 Z
/var/log/maillog 600 7 *
24 Z
/var/log/messages 644 15 *
24 Z

Doing a ls at /var/mail, I have this:
...
-rw-r----- 1 uucp dialer 98 Mar 9 23:00
aculog.4.gz
-rw-r----- 1 uucp dialer 98 Mar 8 23:00
aculog.5.gz
-rw-r----- 1 uucp dialer 94 Mar 8 00:00
aculog.6.gz

...
-rw------- 1 root wheel 538 Mar 9 23:00
maillog.4.gz
-rw------- 1 root wheel 867 Mar 8 23:00
maillog.5.gz
-rw------- 1 root wheel 717 Mar 8 00:00
maillog.6.gz

...
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 39608 Mar 9 23:00
messages.4.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 91540 Mar 8 23:00
messages.5.gz
-rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 24194 Mar 8 00:00
messages.6.gz

All logs set to rotate at 24h, are rotating now at
23h.
Other stuff at cron is ok.
I want to know other thoughs before sending a pr ...

Kind regards

César
