PS-based, or DVI-based?

DVI-based printers take a little more magic in the form of ps2dvi or
something similar.  I never had problems referencing a jetdirect printer
before, either.  I had the choice of either:
	- specifying remote IP and port for the printer; or
	- specifying a remot spooling host.

If a remote spooling host existed, I sent it there.  That was a much
more friendly way of playing with the printer (otherwise I would occasionally
end up with my printouts interleaved with someone else's).
