I assume you mean porting the FreeBSD version of script(1) to pkgsrc,
and maybe eventually even bringing it into NetBSD proper.

If you do that then hopefully you can fix their parameter syntax botch
so that the "bug" they mention about the "command" feature goes away.
I'm thinking the synopsis should be:

     script [-a] [-k] [-q] [-t time] [-o file] [-c command [args ...]]

  deprectated:
     script [-a] file


I.e. the new feature should work like "sh -c", and thus "su -c" et al,
and that anyone wanting to use the new feature must use the new syntax.
