So that's why it isn't working!  When i made the rapidsvn package
i had to get someone from the #svn IRC channel to get me the tar
file.  Since i seemed to be the only one who couldn't access it,
i went ahead and committed the package.  Since then we have had a
PR filed about this.

I sent a message to a fellow Subversion committer who works at
collab.net (which runs tigris.org).  Hopefully they will fix this
soon.

I for one do NOT want to see such bloat in ftp(1).
