resolv.conf is symlinked to /etc/sites/foo/resolv.conf
someone does an mv /etc/sites/foo/resolv.conf to
/etc/sites/foo/resolv.conf.new and then creates a new
/etc/sites/foo/resolv.conf
I don't think that would be detected.
