OK... was it really intended to name the file /etc/release-info?
I think with /etc/release we'd be compatible with Solaris (and maybe
others).

I guess I'll add a note to htdocs/developers/note.list that
src/etc/Makefile now needs to get updated each year too (besides login.c,
...), ok?

Also, do you want to make an entry to src/doc/CHANGES if the filename's
set?
