Did you add the altq options to your kernel file? I don't think they are=20
enabled by default. From looking at sys/altq, the options look like:
ALTQ enables it all
ALTQ_AFMAP ALTQ_BLUE ALTQ_CBQ ALTQ_CDNR some defines
Looks like there's more in the altq files, but I'm not sure what they all=
=20
do.
