Has anyone had success with dump -a to a DLT4000?  This is my first attempt
using -a with this drive.  dump is bailing and offering only to options to
abort or restart.
	dump -0u -b 126 -a -f /dev/nrst0 /dev/rld0f

dump(8) indicates that some cartridge drives to not recognize EOM properly;
wondering if this drive really is affected or if I just have a ghetto tape.
