rtsol HAS BEEN included in the list (don't remember if it was
miniroot/list). someone have removed it without knowing that it is
essential for over-IPv6 installation. if addition of rtsol causes
overflow, i'm not a bad guy, bad guy is the person who have removed it
(and added something).
anyways, i think we don't need both "shutdown" and "reboot/halt" on
floppy. we only need the latter.
