First, you don't have to copy stuff around, just replying to the mail youl 
get is enough - maybe re-read the instructions.

Second, if replying by mail s a problem with you, maybe think about using 
an alternate user interface to our MAILing list, other than mail. There 
are some like mail-index.netbsd.org or others, I forgot - see the website.
