I'm sure I am not aware of all the magic that can be done with our
rc.d system - maybe there is some easy solution to this problem:

I have things in some of the scripts called on interface up/down
events from ifwatchd that require /etc/rc.d/rtclocaltime to already
being run.

Now I could easily add REQUIRE: rtclocaltime to my local copy of
/etc/rc.d/ifwatchd - but I would prefer not to modify the system
provided script.

Is there any way to add rcorder dependcies outside of the scripts?
