I would maintain that either this is an abuse of the system or the
rc_rcorder_flags variable is misnamed - you should not be putting
arguments that are neither flags nor flag arguments into a *_flags
config variable.

If I were given the fixing of it, I would rule that the variable is
misnamed, and should really be called something like
rc_rcorder_extra_args instead.
