Thanks to Frank and Elad.

As discussed on #netbsd-code, if someone would like to take ownership
of looking after the IANA list and merging any services < 1024 which
we lack, ON A REGULAR BASIS, then I'd be very grateful.

(Also, our phones and airport lists could do with some TLC)
