yes, as long as you have multiple audio devices to play the sounds

audio(4) devices are exclusive open so the second writer will get an
error, but I think this might not be your question - you probably want to
use something like pkgsrc/audio/esound to handle mixing multiple audio
streams to a single set of speakers
