No:
1) it adds more bloat
2) there's already cu and whatnot in base (will they be removed?)
3) kermit is fine in pkgsrc - maybe fix our installer to allow adding
    pkgs easily (pkg_select?)
4) I'm not sure about the Kermit license, but I have something
    in the back of my mind that they are somewhat picky about
    redistribution of binaries. (not verified)
