This was created (via xsltproc) and the docbook stylesheets. From looking
at these, it doesn't appear to be specific to ISC stylesheets (but I am
not sure).
I am curious what type of problem does this cause you, so I can
understand. To me it looks correct -- since they are non-breaking spaces.

Same thing there. It is conversion from docbook. Appear to be non-breaking
spaces.
Anyone know how to configure docbook to not do this if really not needed?
(If so, I can see if I can handle the upstream ISC build part.)
