ssh-agent not honoring TMPDIR

Hi,

Is there a (good) reason that ssh-agent does not honor the TMPDIR
environment variable when it creates its socket?  I know ssh-agent
supports "-a", so I see no reason why it shouldn't also support TMPDIR.
