If the HTTP server on ftp.netbsd.org can't handle a few hundred or
thousand GET requests at nearly the same time, we shouldn't consider a
different hosting system. If we estimate more than a few
hundred/thousand NetBSD systems using this service at the same time /
nearly the same time, it might be a good idea to just buy some CDN
resources. This argument is ridicilous...

I already said that -u should be used. That makes the GET conditional.
