Re: fetch_pkg_vulnerabilities enabled by default (was: CVS commit: src/etc)

I love the idea, but regarding the ftp.netbsd.org url:
- was this bounced past admins to ensure they are happy
- maybe they could create a new cname which we can point at
ftp.netbsd.org now, but can be pointed elsewhere in future

To reiterate - please let's have this, just maybe tweak the name
