Last spring, I updated S.R. Bourne's original introduction to the
Bourne shell for an intro Unix class I was teaching. In days of old,
this was USD chapter 3. In the modern era, should this go in
src/share/doc/usd or in src/bin/sh?

The intro is very general, and applies to any POSIX shell.
