i want fmemopen and open_memstream.

and more, POSIX:2008 extended API set:

our libc also lack mbsnrtowcs, wcsnrtombs, wcpcpy and wcsnlen.
implementation is almost done in my local tree.
maybe FreeBSD already has manpages, i'll take a look.


i have nothing about open_wmemstream, psiginfo and dprintf.
