top output is broken

My original email was incorrect - it has nothing to do with architecture. 
It has to do with how long after 5.1 the system was compiled.

netbsd-5 after the 5.1 release has formatting issues:

CPU states: 61.6% user, 0.0 % nice15.7  % syste22.7   % interru 0.0    % idle

Any ideas on where this should be fixed?
